Terms & Conditions

Ordering
Ordering from our "Shop" section is simple and secure. Browse through the various pages and make your selection by ticking the items required. By clicking on the "ADD TO BASKET" button will automatically add these selected items to your shopping basket.

You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking "VIEW BASKET" button. From here you can remove items from your basket, change the quantity ordered or clear the entire basket. When you have finished shopping click the "CHECKOUT" button to complete your order. Postage and packaging costs are detailed on our Shipping Information section. 

You will then be invited to enter your name and address details which will be encrypted and passed to our card payment providers SECPay. Your order represents an offer to MCA Creations Limited to purchase a product.  Our acceptance of the order and completion of the contract between you and us will only become binding once the order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of your order. Such non-acceptance may be the result of one or more of the following:-

  • The unavailability of the product you have ordered
  • Unauthorisation of payment
  • The identification of product pricing and/or description error

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by our Customer Services Department.


Order Cancellation
As soon as we have received your order confirmation and acceptance, we will endeavor to dispatch the goods within 3 working days. You may choose to cancel the order prior to dispatch and therefore no costs will be incurred.  If you choose to cancel after your order has been dispatched you need to follow the procedures outlined on the Returns Policy and will be liable for all postage and packaging costs incurred.

 

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order that you have placed with us, however any item(s) can be returned within 7 workings days of receipt providing they remain in their original saleable condition. Original postage and packaging costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

Unwanted Items
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return all or part of the order within 7 working days of receipt of the original order. All items must be returned in their original condition and wherever possible in their original packaging and must be received in a saleable condition to warrant a refund with returns postage.  You will need to contact our Customer Services Department prior to any return of items. See Return Procedure section for further details.

 

Damaged Items
Items that are visibly damaged upon receipt should not be accepted or signed for. If the damage is only apparent upon opening, or if the goods have been left without being signed for, you will need to contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible by email info@mcacreations.co.uk 

 

Returns Procedure
Within 7 working days of receipt of the original order please send an email to our Customer Services Department info@mcacreations.co.uk stating the following:

  • Your Name and Address
  • Order Number
  • Product Details
  • Reason for return of order

Once we have processed your enquiry we will issue a "Returns Authorisation Number" (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).  All returning items must be accompanied with a valid RAN. Refunds, exchanges and replacement of item(s) will only be carried out  once we have received and verified the returned item(s).

We reserve the right not to accept returned item(s) without a valid RAN and/or if we received the item(s) in a non-saleable condition.

 

Shipping Information & Insurance
We are able to deliver to all UK mainland postal areas. You should receive your order within 5 working days of the order being accepted. We will try and ship all orders the next working day following an order receipt.

Purchases within the European Union (EU) will incur VAT at the standard UK rate. VAT will not be incurred for goods purchased outside of the EU. For all deliveries outside of the EU, tax & duty will be applicable dependant on the relevant country.

You will be responsible for insuring your online purchases.
